Day one. I awake in the morning. My eyes sting from new beginnings. With my new eyes I reach over and pick up the bowl and lighter. I inhale deeply and as I exhale I say to myself "ffs today is going to suck". I stand up and work my way downstairs. I've got 45 minutes before the kids wake up for school. I feed the cats, give them fresh water. As the coffee pot brews I turn the lights back off and stand in the dark looking out the kitchen window. It's dark. Cold. Foggy. In the distance I can make out a figure. But I can't see detail just the outline of this ghostly figure. A bead of sweat drips down the back of my neck as I snap back to reality. I realize that the figure is no long visible in the mist. I hear a creek on the floor and I'm frozen. Is it behind me? Has my days come to end in this very kitchen I stood so happy before? If I turn what horrors will I see? I steady my nerves and I clench my fists, and turn....
Lol 10 Minutes ago I didn't even know who picmics was and know it feels like I've known him for 15 years. I wish you all the best. Life is tough but we're all in this together and we're rooting for you right now. Don't ever lose hope

I got a temporary job and a roof over my head. It's been absolutely crazy half a year, and even crazier turn of the year. I had some time to reflect on things, and one of the fondest memories I have is playing rock band with friends. I doubt we'll ever have that kind of carefreeness ever again in life, but this video takes me back to good times.
